developers which started operations in 1997. International
Financial institutes RREEF (part of Deutche Bank) and
Citi Group have invested substantial monies in the company
and hold significant stakes. In last 11 years the company
has completed more than 20 lakh sft of residential/ commercial
space. The company has done lot of research on building
homes at affordable prices without compromising on specifications.
The company has extensively studied the construction systems,
process in countries like China and Malaysia and intend
to change the way apartment buildings are constructed

The company engages various national and international
architects (like HOK, USA) Andy Fisher for its projects.
The Company is having multiple projects worth Rs.1500
cr and poised to launch 10 different township Projects,
at strategic locations of Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.
These projects will have total inventory of 10,000 units.
The company is also developing a 65 acre SEZ project in
Bangalore with proposed built-up area of 6 million sft.
